Copyright Remover is provided for editing videos you own or are legally permitted to modify, and for transformative fair-use work such as commentary, criticism, education, news reporting, and parody. You must not use this tool to infringe, redistribute, or monetize third-party copyrighted material without authorization.

2. No Guarantee Against Detection Systems

While the tool re-encodes files with a fresh hash and subtle adjustments, we cannot and do not guarantee that any platform's Content ID, fingerprinting, or moderation system will not detect a match. Platform policies evolve constantly, and you are solely responsible for the content you upload anywhere.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the output files and for complying with the copyright laws of your country and the terms of any platform where you publish. We assume no liability for misuse of processed files.

4. Paid Plans

• Paid plans (Creator Pro, Agency Unlimited) are activated after payment verification.
• Payments are made in USDT (TRC-20). Crypto transactions are irreversible; please double-check the address and network before sending.
• Refunds may be considered only if a verified payment fails to activate within 48 hours.

5. Service Availability

The tool runs in your browser and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Browser support for processing features varies by device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, strikes, or account actions on third-party platforms — arising from your use of this tool.
